I'm sure that we have all heard this saying before and I believe that the majority of us interpret it in only one way. Well, I have been looking at it in another way.
In my mind the conventional thinking about the saying that, “the devil is in the detaills,” is that one must pay attention to every detail or else it (whatever it is) will fail. If you forget one detail then you are bound to fail and will never succeed.
Recently, I have began to see the meaning to this phrase as having almost the exact opposite meaning. Maybe it means that if you wait to begin a plan, or start an idea, only after you have investigated every detail then you will never begin in the first place. So, I propose that once you have a big idea just go for it and work out the details as they are encountered.
Take it easy my friends and just do it!
